Anton Bruckner (1824–1896) was one of the most important composers of the late Romantic era, with a profound contribution to symphonic and sacred music. His work is characterized by monumental structures, spiritual depth, and a powerful harmonic language that combines the symphonic tradition of Beethoven with Wagnerian chromaticism.
